CANCELLATION POLICY
🌸 Aesthetics by Lola – Cancellation Policy At Aesthetics by Lola, we value your time and appreciate your support. To ensure the best service for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: 💼 Cancellation & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a late cancellation fee. 📅 How to Cancel • Cancellations can be made via our booking system, phone, or by texting [insert contact number]. • Please ensure cancellations are confirmed with a member of the team. ⸻ 📋 Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with Aesthetics by Lola, you agree to the following: ✨ General • All clients must complete a consultation and consent form prior to treatment. • Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. • Prices are subject to change without notice. 💆♀️ Skincare Services • Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup) to ensure the best results. • Avoid exfoliation, active skincare ingredients (like retinol, AHA/BHA), and direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours before and after treatment. • If you are experiencing active cold sores, open wounds, or severe breakouts, please reschedule. 💡 Laser Treatments • A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first laser session. • Please shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment (do not wax or pluck). • Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including beds and fake tans) for at least 2 weeks before and after your treatment. • Do not apply lotions, deodorants, or perfumes to the treatment area on the day of your appointment. 🧖🏾 Waxing Services • Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for best results. • Avoid exfoliating, tanning, or using scented products 24 hours before and after your appointment. • It’s normal to experience redness or small bumps; these typically resolve within 24–48 hours. • Please let us know if you’re on any medication that may cause skin sensitivity (e.g., Accutane, retinoids). ⸻ 💌 Thank You for Choosing Aesthetics by Lola!
